Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwins ("phwins," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phwins website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the phwins platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phwins, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phwins platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by the phwins Privacy Policy and the phwins Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and phwins.

Section 02

Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a phwins account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phwins does not permit any individual under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in real-money gaming under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legal, at the time you access and use the platform. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of phwins complies with local laws where you are located.
• Identity: You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and residential address. phwins will verify this information as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on phwins. Attempting to register multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order — whether issued by phwins, PAGCOR, or any other recognized regulatory body — at the time of registration or any subsequent login.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. Accounts registered by persons acting under legal incapacity will be voided.

phwins reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Section 03

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwins login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. phwins will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to come from phwins that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

You agree to notify phwins immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security. phwins will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of unauthorized account access where the unauthorized access occurred because you failed to take adequate steps to protect your credentials.

phwins employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, session monitoring, and automatic logout on inactivity. However, the security of your account also depends on your own practices — using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication are strongly recommended.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your phwins account with any other individual or allow any third party to use your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have properly reported an unauthorized access incident to phwins in accordance with these Terms.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

phwins accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following verified payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phwins' discretion and will be reflected on the platform at the time of any change.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your phwins account balance in PHP with no currency conversion fees applied by phwins. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally processed instantly; however, phwins cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phwins will only process withdrawals to payment methods registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may be treated as evidence of money laundering activity. phwins reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Bonus Funds: Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Only the cash portion of your balance (i.e., real money deposits and winnings derived from meeting wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

phwins operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all applicable PAGCOR regulations. phwins may be required to report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and may be required to suspend or freeze accounts pending investigation without advance notice to the account holder.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

phwins offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms when read in conjunction.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are specified on the individual promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is eligible to claim any given promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may be capped. This cap will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or credited in any alternative form.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: phwins reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of withdrawal will not be affected retrospectively, except where the promotion was claimed in breach of these Terms.

Section 06

Gameplay Rules

All games available on phwins — including live dealer games, RNG-based casino games, slots, sports betting markets, and sabong — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the game information section of the platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All RNG-based games on phwins use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Game outcomes are determined by this technology and are not subject to manipulation by phwins staff or any third party. phwins does not guarantee any particular outcome or return for any individual player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game in progress, phwins reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. phwins will not be liable for any losses attributed to technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or internet service provider outages on the player's end.

Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a wager has been confirmed and the game round has commenced, you may not cancel or modify the wager except where explicitly permitted by the game's own rules (for example, certain live blackjack side bet variations). It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details are correct before confirming.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwins platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance(s) forfeited, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other players or using any system, software, or device to gain an unfair advantage over phwins or other players
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform without phwins' express written authorization
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game for financial gain
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the phwins platform or the experience of other players
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any phwins software

Section 08

Responsible Gaming

phwins is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gaming on phwins is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. phwins strongly cautions against gambling as a means of generating income or as a mechanism for resolving financial difficulties.

phwins provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available from within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your phwins account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders during active sessions showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the phwins platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and irrevocably for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the phwins platform — including but not limited to the phwins brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and all other content — is the property of phwins or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phwins platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any phwins content without the prior express written consent of phwins.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming value caused by technical failures, service interruptions, or actions taken by phwins in the enforcement of these Terms.

phwins does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. phwins will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant planned downtime in advance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phwins' liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Section 11

Privacy & Data Protection

phwins collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering on phwins, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phwins may be required to share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities where required by law or regulation. In such cases, disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and will not require additional consent from the player.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

phwins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms to the phwins website, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Where changes are material, phwins will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered contact associated with your account.

Your continued use of the phwins platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting phwins support.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phwins platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phwins through its official support channels to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phwins commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within a reasonable timeframe and to good-faith engagement in resolving player complaints. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
